Description
The SCS 500 40 bar Schulz Condensate Separators are ideal for applications in PET blowing, pneumatic and hydraulic system testing, and clamping devices, contributing to improved performance in your compressed air treatment. Manufactured with internal deflector plates for separating condensate from pressurized fluid, they act as pulsation dampers, facilitate the separation of water and air, stabilize pressure, regulate the load and relief cycle, and handle sudden volumetric demands or consumption peaks. In addition, the SCS 500 40 bar condensate separators are built according to ASME standards and all the new requirements of NR-13 regulations, are INMETRO certified, and come with a pressure vessel record and accessories such as a safety valve, pressure gauge, and manual drain valve. The vertical reservoirs have an external electrostatic coating that delays the corrosion process, extending their service life.
