First recognition in the Finep Award with the “Expression of Technological Excellence” trophy in the “Product” category for the SRP 2000 rotary screw compressor line.

The National Industry Confederation (CNI) awards Schulz with 1st place in the “Design” category for “Large and Medium Industries”. Second recognition received by Twister, which stands out for its ergonomics, casing design, production process improvements, mobility, and component enclosure.

The launch of the Schulz Online B2B Portal earns Schulz Compressors a position among the winning companies in the ADVB/SC 2020 Top Marketing and Sales, in the “Industry” category.

Considered the “Oscar of national retailers”, the Popai Brazil Award gives Schulz Compressors the “Golden Native Brazilian” trophy in the category “Projects for Store Design and Architecture — stores over 500 m²”. The winning project is for Schulz Store, the brand's concept store.

The case “Product Life Cycle Assessment” wins the Fritz Müller Award in the “Conservation of Production Inputs (Energy)” category. Schulz Compressors developed a tool that compares the environmental impacts between new and previous versions of the brand's products.

In the 3rd edition of Citizen Attitude, an award promoted by Joinville Zero Waste Collective, Schulz was recognized for its commitment to responsible and sustainable practices. Among eleven categories, it receives the award as “Outstanding Company”.

ABRH-SC Human Being Award
Schulz wins first place in the ESG category — in Portuguese: ASG, an acronym for Environmental, Social and Governance — at the ABRH-SC Human Being Award. The award-winning project is “PertenSer: A Program for Everyone for the Inclusion and Belonging of People”, which transforms inclusion into daily practice, extending its embrace of diversity. Initially aimed at people with disabilities, PertenSer goes beyond the walls of the industry, as it involves employees, families and the community.
In the same award, the company also receives a certification in the “Development” category with the case "60 Years of Evolution: Schulz's Legacy in Organizational Communication". The recognition highlights the relevance of Schulz's history and efforts to engage employees, customers and partners. The institutional campaign involved the creation of a corporate museum and special events, reinforcing the connection between past, present and future.
