Finep Award

First recognition in the Finep Award with the “Expression of Technological Excellence” trophy in the “Product” category for the SRP 2000 rotary screw compressor line.

Schulz receives the Finep Technological Innovation Award in the “Product” category for the Twister air motor compressor and in the “Medium or Large Company” category for the “Innovation Management” project.

Schulz earns third place in the “Technological Innovation Partnerships” category for the CNI Award University-Company category.

CNI Award

The National Industry Confederation (CNI) awards Schulz with 1st place in the “Design” category for “Large and Medium Industries”. Second recognition received by Twister, which stands out for its ergonomics, casing design, production process improvements, mobility, and component enclosure.

Schulz receives its fifth Finep recognition. In 2006, the company wins the Finep Technological Innovation Award in the “Process” category.

CNI/FIESC Award

At the 2007 awards, Schulz receives the regional award in the “Innovation, Quality and Productivity” category with the SRP 3000 line of rotary screw compressors. The CNI/FIESC Award celebrates industries investing in technological innovation and design to enhance product quality and competitiveness of Brazilian products.

The launch of the SRP 4000 Total Solution rotary screw compressor line receives the Idea Brasil award, Brazil's premier design award, in the “Commercial and Industrial” category.

Schulz’s Training School wins first place nationally in the Sesi Quality at Work Award as the best practice in education and development in Brazil. Schulz's leadership training offers ongoing training in the areas of machining, casting, painting, and compressors.

Schulz debuts in 2012 among the Best & Largest companies, ranked by Exame magazine in a prestigious position: 8th place in the “Capital Goods” sector. In 2016, it reaches 7th position in the same category. In 2017, it reaches 8th place in the assessment of market leadership, growth and wealth generated per employee. 

Back on the list in 2021, it reaches 15th place in the “Steel and Metallurgical Companies” category. In 2022, it is listed in 306th place among the 1,000 largest companies in Brazil and takes 3rd place in the “Capital Goods and Electronics” category, a position it maintains in the 2023 and 2024 ranking.

In 2016 and 2023 the brand stands out again in the same position and category. The launch of the Schulz Online B2B Portal earns Schulz Compressors a position among the winning companies in the ADVB/SC 2020 Top Marketing and Sales, in the “Industry” category.

Popai Brazil Award

Considered the “Oscar of national retailers”, the Popai Brazil Award gives Schulz Compressors the “Golden Native Brazilian” trophy in the category “Projects for Store Design and Architecture — stores over 500 m²”. The winning project is for Schulz Store, the brand's concept store.

The case “Schulz Store: A new way to buy Schulz products” receives its second award. In the 2021 ADVB/SC Top Marketing and Sales Award, the company wins in the “Industry” category.

Fritz Müller Award

The “Zero Waste to Landfill” project wins in the “Solid Waste” category of the Fritz Müller Award in 2021. The award recognizes companies and organizations in Santa Catarina state that develop projects dedicated to valuing the environment and sustainability.

The winning project in the 2022 edition of the Popai Brazil Award is the display created for the Pratiko CSI 8.6/25 compressor. Schulz Compressors receives the silver trophy in the “Display and Merchandising Items” category.

The case “Product Life Cycle Assessment” wins the Fritz Müller Award in the “Conservation of Production Inputs (Energy)” category. Schulz Compressors developed a tool that compares the environmental impacts between new and previous versions of the brand's products.

Third consecutive year that Schulz Compressors receives the ADVB/SC Top Marketing and Sales Award. Once again in the “Industry” category, but this time with the launch of the B2C Schulz Purchasing Portal.

Schulz wins the Santa Catarina Merit Diploma from Crea-SC due to its technological contribution to the community. The tribute highlights the company's role in the sustainable technological development of Santa Catarina state and Brazil, as well as in improving the quality of life of the people of Santa Catarina.

The award-winning case was “Schulz Corporate Education School: A New Look at the Future Transforming Lives Through Learning”. For over 15 years, Schulz School has been playing a transformative role in the company, working with the pillars of training, qualification, and development of employees.

In the 3rd edition of Citizen Attitude, an award promoted by Joinville Zero Waste Collective, Schulz was recognized for its commitment to responsible and sustainable practices. Among eleven categories, it receives the award as “Outstanding Company”.

ABRH-SC Human Being Award

Schulz wins first place in the ESG category — in Portuguese: ASG, an acronym for Environmental, Social and Governance — at the ABRH-SC Human Being Award. The award-winning project is “PertenSer: A Program for Everyone for the Inclusion and Belonging of People”, which transforms inclusion into daily practice, extending its embrace of diversity. Initially aimed at people with disabilities, PertenSer goes beyond the walls of the industry, as it involves employees, families and the community.

In the same award, the company also receives a certification in the “Development” category with the case "60 Years of Evolution: Schulz's Legacy in Organizational Communication". The recognition highlights the relevance of Schulz's history and efforts to engage employees, customers and partners. The institutional campaign involved the creation of a corporate museum and special events, reinforcing the connection between past, present and future.
