  • Data Protection Officer (“DPO”): person appointed by the Controller and Operator to act as a communication channel between the controller, data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD);
  • Processing: any and all operations carried out with personal data, whether by the Controller or the Operator, such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.

CONTROLLER

SCHULZ will act as Controller of personal data when the processing is related to its line of business and that of its subsidiaries, in accordance with applicable regulations.

In some cases, SCHULZ may act as Operator of personal data, in which case it will process personal data within the strict limits of the commitment entered into with the Controller of such data.

Any new products or services offered by SCHULZ will be subject to the Privacy Policy in force at the time they are used.

WHAT LEGAL BASIS SUPPORT OUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING?
